Mathew Gray Dellinger Announces his Candidacy for Circuit Judge
Mathew Gray Dellinger announced his intention to seek the 16th Judicial Circuit Judgeship, Division 3 in the March 3, 2026, election. The Circuit includes the counties of Cleburne, Fulton, Independence, Izard and Stone.
“I have been a practicing attorney in the 16th Judicial Circuit for over 2 decades. I have focused on family and criminal defense law, especially in our underserved communities. Over the course of my career, I have handled more than 5,000 cases. I believe my legal experiences qualify me to hold this important position. If elected I promise to treat everyone who comes before the court with dignity and respect. I look forward to speaking with people throughout the counties about my candidacy and ask for their vote and support.”
Dellinger was named Legal Aid of Arkansas Volunteer of the Year in 2016. He graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2005 and received his BA from Lyon College. Dellinger and his wife, Ashley, have one daughter and live in Batesville. He is actively involved in supporting legal aid and community outreach programs.
